Our History
30-Year Magnet Factory -- Zhaobao Magnet Group, established in the 1990s, is one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the production of rare earth magnets in China. After 30 years of development and continuous investment and research and development in the field of strong magnets, Zhaobao Group has become a large permanent magnet product manufacturer integrating research and development, production, and sales.
The group specializes in the production of various types of magnet products, including but not limited to neodymium magnets, Ferrite magnets, SmCo magnets, AlNiCo magnets, etc., which are widely used in automobiles, electronics, communications, medical care, aerospace, industrial automation, and many other fields. With magnets as the core, we have developed various magnetic products such as magnetic toys, magnetic tools, magnetic components, magnetic household products, and magnetic mechanical equipment. We not only provide standard-sized magnet products but also offer customized design and production according to customers' special requirements, ensuring that every product precisely meets customers' needs.
Our Factory
Since its establishment in the 1990s, Zhaobao Group has opened multiple factories, branches, subsidiaries and sales centers in various parts of China. The main magnet factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters and employs more than 500 people. Currently, the annual output of strong neodymium magnets has exceeded 8,000 tons, making it one of the largest permanent magnet production bases in China. The group has a strong R&D team. As of 2022, it has 22 invention patents and has jointly established the "Permanent Magnet Motor Magnet Engineering Technology Center" with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company's R&D team has addressed the issues of permanent magnet motor loss of excitation and the internal performance uniformity and consistency of large-size products in response to market demand, especially in terms of high operating temperature, high coercivity, high consistency and low weight loss, which are at the leading level in the industry. Moreover, super-high-grade neodymium-iron-boron magnets such as N54, N54SH, N54UH, N48EH and N45AH have been developed and mass produced to meet customer needs.

The products of the group have obtained various authoritative
certificates such as CE, CPC, ROHS, REACH, EN71, CP65, ASTM, CPSIA,
etc., and are the only magnet factory in China that has the ability
to pass CHCC certification.
Production Equipment
We manufacture our magnet products from raw materials, with full self-control and self-management throughout the entire process. We have a complete industrial chain from raw materials to finished products. Various production and testing equipment are available, which ensures stable product quality and excellent magnetic consistency. The purity of our products can reach over 95%, compared to the industry average of only 80%.
