Every unit of very strong magnets undergoes CNC grinding and slicing with dimensional tolerances controlled to ±0.01mm, ensuring perfect fit for automated assembly lines. Our automated magnetization equipment guarantees uniform magnetic field distribution across the magnet surface, with batch-to-batch magnetic force fluctuation below 2%—far lower than the industry average of 5%. We use X-ray thickness gauges and HAST aging testers to conduct 10+ quality checks, eliminating defective products before they leave the factory.

All our very strong magnets are treated with a nickel-copper-nickel triple-layer electroplating (5μm per layer), providing exceptional resistance to salt spray, humidity, and chemical corrosion—passing 480-hour salt spray tests without rusting. For specialized environments, we offer optional coatings like epoxy, gold, or silver, which meet SGS 300+ item testing standards. The uniform coating not only extends the magnet's service life but also ensures smooth surface finish for precise installation in high-precision devices like medical sensors and aerospace components.
